Notre-Dame-de-Bondeville is a small French town counting about 7500 inhabitants. It is in the outskirt of Rouen, Normandy.

Fresh from the oven...
To please Michael's request, here 's the picture the local "baguette". It is the best I have ever eaten, so crusty!!!!
It looks great! My wife tells always tells me how good the bread is there. she has the occasion to visit often as the company she works for has a research lab and plant near you. It's in Baupt, she's there or in Paris 2 or 3 times a year. Regards, Mark

Yummy! Although we can get baguettes here as well, they still taste different (not as good). Might be the french air that is missing :).
